Does CONR seriously think it can get around the patent issues, or is it simply trying to demonstrate efficacy of the stent in hopes of licensing it to BSX?

BSX has already licensed an advanced technology from Biophan but MIVT may have better yet after merger with an Indian stent maker. Support for that view comes from a sneer at MIVT as "underfunded" by fellow bulletin board stock, BIPH.

I wouldn't bet just yet on JNJ winning the stent wars. In fact I would rather bet against them even with a turkey for the main opponent.
