That bid is there for several days / weeks. Past months there were almost only sells. But the pps stays at this level. In my opinion de Co is buying direct or indirectly shares out of the market at a cheap price. So when they have to settle they must pay less because the float will be reduced at that time. Don't give away your cheap shares. If I am right, let them pay for it.
