"They" are KK and he controls the company and the proxies. He has stated that his goal for this year was to pay debts and costs out of revenue. I believe him in that was the goal; it has not been met, yet. But, he could do anything including what you call a massive dilution as this would not affect the value of his preferred shares. That would be quite a jolt, but better than losing the company and its IP.
