I spoke to them. Unfortunately they don't open accounts with U S citizens. The S E C requires too much info. One needs to have an IBC or International Business Company to do it. There are companies that will set them up for between 1 and 2 thousand dollars. Then one can open an account in Belize, Bahamas, Europe etc. This is the info I have found out so far.
