Coach I'm certainly not the one most qualified to answer your question but I have been in this thing for 2 years and the new Mgmt has been pretty true, at least in so far as circumstances allow. As you probably tell your players, it's gut check time. We just have to wait and see what developes in the next several weeks per Mr. Ketch's letter. I'm expecting some announcements re the movie distribution, and at least more info on funding with "favorable" terms in the next 6 weeks. I pick 6 because beyond that the term " months" kicks in and that is not the term used by Mr. Ketch.

Coach: I had planned to pick up some more shares at around 0.35. However, I have decided that I would rather try to hit 0.35 on the way up, rather than on the way down.

It looks like someone is unloading shares. Same thing happened about the same time last year. Let's hope that it does not last too long.
