Lol, of course Fairhills will sell. The probably told him they would not, but if it is not in writing, it is worthless. Fairhills is not exactly praised for its ethics. They could be a big part of the problem for this company going forward. The equiv of loan sharks on the corporate scale. Not trashing the company, just stating what I believe to be a fact. The less Fairhills the better.

FH Can't own more than 5% by contract. They automatically get 27% discount and instant profit. So Fh won't sell is misleading talk and disinformation

If one has strengths in one aspect, they generally have weakness in another. I am not faulting Brisco. Just stating what I have observer over the years.(not only with LBSR) One needs to exploit their strengths and hire others to cover their weaknesses. This I believe will transpire over time.
