It very well could be a true statement. I have similar experience in sending video feeds out to the local Comcast head end to be broadcast out on TV. Filmon is the "head end". Punch TV is sending their video signal out to them. Very often, the head end has to tweak their own settings to put out a cleaner feed from the supplier. Granted, it has been of this quality for a while, but I believe the problem resides at Filmon and not from Punch.
