well confusion seems to be the operative word where the
sec's transparency is concerned

please realize i have little to no faith in sec's *version*

which is why i personally look for mgmts' awareness and their
ability to execute their business model while being prey

my *tin foil* is that there is a very specific *entity/hedge*
that has *orchestrated* OTC stocks for damn near a decade plus

this entity would hire *NITE* >> b4 NITE's rise to dominance in 2007

if you look at some of the co.s on threshold >> several appear
to go for perpetuity .. meaning .. *imo* only mgmt can provide
*enforcement* via their executing of their business model

one thing that fascinates me about SRGE .. is the div paid

from memory >> but i will check with the TA on Monday
(i talk to them frequently) there is a very specific
process as to how paid re: sequence of steps >> i want to
verify one part of that sequence .. imo specific to mgmt's
*awareness*
