I disagree with you. I look at where this company will be with the funding that is on the way. I am in long term and I am personally looking to buy as much as I can as cheap as I can.

I know what I own and I am holding my shares very tight for the long term because of it.

I am so confident in WAFR that I am converting 750,000 of my 1.5M common shares into preferred shares which will be restricted for 1 year. That is how confident I am about the future of WAFR and its future revenues and profits. This conversion of mine actually helps the stock too by reducing the float and the OS, something the folks shorts won't like very much though.

No. You are wrong about how I feel about this investment. 100% wrong!

Troop..I'm in at a much higher pps...I admit it to you and everyone that reads this. With most stocks I would have already sold and moved on...it's not because I can't or won't...there is a very bright future here! I have admitted my pps is much higher....I also won't be selling when the pps starts to rise! this is along term hold for me now...it might not have started that way but why sell at a loss when the next year is going to really tell the story! I don't totally disagree with your post...but if you are stuck as you say and I am stuck at a higher pps as I admitted then why keep hashing it out? You don't see me telling people to buy do you? Let the business from WAFR do that over the coming months...then let's see where this goes!

Troop the company is actually ran by the directors on the board and with a company that was small and now expanded by Merger. They are intending to hire a sales person or persons. Also in the process of hiring a Chief Technical officer.

Gary hasn't taken a dime from WAFR and is not interested in what he can profit from this company. He wants to see this company succeed and develop it into a corporation with higher listing in the market.

As I explained earlier the 10 million value placed on CWS's technology is a figure that was derived from what CWS has invested in it.
If it was worth 1 million as you say why would they go to court and spend 1.3 million to have the proprietary right to use it?

The PDQ-WARP ASUR ect software is being updated with the infusion of the 5 million in Equity financing. They wouldn't go through all this trouble if it was something nobody wanted.

108 Million in revenue for the next 3 to 5 years from this software is the figure they want to achieve.
