IMO we don't have more buyers because nothing is final yet except it share reduction. Untill Afl PRs that we have finalized the deal to purchase Family vending and that Mr Robinson is on board peeps are just watching. Wait until the PR and we will move north much faster.

You are correct. That's what the PR stated.

I re-read the PR. It only says EXPU is in talks with Mr. Robinson, not that he's already on the team. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here, but it's still in process.

...thanks RDB and it is a nice two for one deal here: getting Robinson and his rapidly growing vending business in one fell swoop. But yes its not a done deal yet - but shows that ALF is doing the right potential moves now early in the game, to set us all up for 2nd half touchdowns.

I am so glad he is not bringing in some former exec or a friend of his to do this job, lol. He found one of the best candidates already there in the Atlanta or any market....like you I too will increase my position if and when Robinsn is officially hired: this guy will bring in the business. Some of the sharpest guys I know were my former District Managers .... and then above them would be 'the man' - the Sales Manager......and above this person would be several other layers of execs at a Distributor........Robinson's job was above all these Ringers.
