I dont think there is a chance that is whats going on. Seems like nonsense to me.
If so why not get it over a dollar for one day two or three weeks ago to prevent the letter in the first place?

It would be much easier and cheaper then now having to get it up and hold it for two weeks.
They also have a long long long track record of living under a dollar with the warning in place
so why now change what they did before.
