5.24-25 resistance on decreasing volume says probably not. Doesn't mean it won't pass it or something else will not cause it to. From a technical standpoint, I wouldn't bet on it, but biotechs have a mind of their own when it comes to catalysts. It does look like it's been in somewhat of an up trend.
How I'd play it if I were in and down? Keep it if it breaks above and holds the 5.25 are. Accept my losses and sell out at the break of the first trend line or 2nd depending on how much you are willing to risk and/or lose.
