Red sorry for you're loss on this. I was speaking really from a standpoint of a legal argument. Obviously anyone can ask for a license fee/fine whether it can actually turn into something is yet to be seen. I do think management should be dealing with the issue of dilution like you bring up. It's a huge headwind. Maybe the CFO can actually answer some questions in that regard in the next CC.
