I see that too, it was the lowest bid after closing. It never executed from what I can see, just a glotch picking that value up. When I sign in it goes back to .211

Absolutely not. It closed at .211. The number you saw was some after hours trading. Means nothing.

That was an earlier trade that is just posting. There's no after hours trades in the pinksheets.

Due to no pre market or after market trades at the otc level,when the Market Maker settles at the end of the day they will put the bid well below the close price and the ask well above the closing price.And as far as seeing a after hours trade it's just a trade during the trading session thas was not previously filled called a "T" trade.So no one dumped.
