This has been addressed before in context of the current market share for PHRs. It aint much now regardless of how much potential it was long forecasted to have, still forecasted to grow. Compare the methods operating within that minimal PHR market share to the claims in MMR's patents and then draw your own conclusions on where this is going regards who owns the majority of that space.
