Mr Pinkerton communicated with all of us at the open house...and i was extremely impressed....very very informed...he could quote almost anything off the top of his head...believe me, he knows his business.....
I don't care what anyone says... but Ranier is NOT the key finance guy anymore. He's been very quiet since the new deal. It's a different ball game imo. Rainer doesn't have total control over the check book like he used to. Southridge/Southbridge South? is pulling the strings now..
