Since it says at the "lesser of (i) the Fixed Conversion Price and (ii) the Non-Fixed Conversion Price" am I correct in assuming every 1 share of preferred is worth $1000 dollars worth of common at whatever the share price is at the time of conversion?
Or is the # of common shares per preferred share effectively fixed at (29569892 / 5550 = 5376) common shares per Series A share?

LOL, still comes out at same amount of shares, 29.57 million. And here we are, same as we've been floating for weeks, waiting on the financials.
