I see that on PACER Rouchon's claims against Sam are proceeding to the next steps in the CA Central District federal court. Sam is named as part of the counter suit in the FL Middle District as well. Those are major distractions for any CEO of a small company. IMO Sam should step aside and let someone else take over at IFXY and make something actually happen and not just allude to positive things. Shame that small shareholders have no power to shake up management of an underperforming company.
