Then you don't understand the basis or R/S

They are used when the SS is extremely high and diluted, once done the SS is reduced and float is SMALL!

PPS goes down not because of the R/S but because investors lose confidence and start dumping because they are "scared" that they won't ever see their investment returned if someone else sell first - PPS goes down fast (still low float post R/S)

We are now post R/S which is a great time to buy especially since we are at bottom and this will resume into a penny on confirmation of true PR on $300,000 an then further the run on 2013 financials with the confirmation of $500,000!
