Agreed, Contracts Respected. But JF's Statement Vague...

Wonder why JF did not specifically note, "hurdles with MSE?"

Appears to be left vague and unspecific. :-(
Hurdles could mean on either side of the table.
As such, am sure there will be continued discussion.

Hope all the best for commons.

Everyone have a great weekend!

Doesn't make sense for either party to exchange verbal blows by telling George Plaven what happened.

Obviously, George Plaven changed his game plan after he sent this twitter >> This story should distinguish the difference between GTGP and GTHI.

http://mtstandard.com/news/local/mse-sale-terminated/article_9d48bb8c-3ab3-11e2-94d3-0019bb2963f4.html

That didn't happen. Looks like the game plan changed after Plaven's meeting with MSE. IMO, both sides have a position that couldn't be explained just yet, especially if litigation or arbitratio is on the horizon.

Either way, both companies look like morons. They've been working on this deal for how long?

The end result remains the same = Fallacaro and GTGP/GTHI are no longer a part of this equation.

The good news for GTGP = this should expedite the filing of all those delinquent financials.

Vague? Both sides statements. From Merdi, MSE and MSE Inc. Stateing that all of them agree jim had the right to terminate and stated he had problem with Global's DD of MSE. Didn't see any challenge by kimbich in that joint statement.
