This CEO can't even dump with a brain. Most let the news soke in a couple days and let the PPs climb before dumping. BUT most of the shares have been given away at a discount for loans etc so they can dump anywhere and make a profit. Thats why OTOW never spikes on PRs and volume. Those folks don't believe to much in OTOW either or they would set on those so called valuable OTOW shares LMAO. OTOW went from .0004 to .0007 on 400 million volume so don't plan on any great outcomes on trading this pig. To many other big board plays out there that are real to be just blidly throwing money into Vals pockets.
