Is it worth it to start making calls to Itron and see what the status of the Centron II meter is, with the infrax hardware?
i thought i read on here before that some people thought it might not be a good idea to call itron, but at this point it's a way better option. it's obvious that they hold all the cards and are probably controlling the pace of this release.
the fact that sam has never been able to get us this info, is most likely because he knows an approximate time frame or quarter, but that info coming from him would make everyone bitch and moan. alot of us here, when we hear coming soon, always think in terms of weeks or months. he may have information that suggest otherwise, like multiple quarters or years even. I hope its not that long, but if it is i will still be averaging down.
