if they show 3 consecutive qtrs of strong profits, you might not have to wait 4 more years for pps to go up. The more profits theyt show the faster they pay off the gubment. The market will see the profits and that is good enough even though it will go towards the divy.....I might not post much nowadays but I still keep up on my GSEs....we went through like a year of being stagnet for the GSEs....IMO, maybe six more months of boredom then it will get interesting.....go figure..devil
