Oh, it could go lower than that. Just because that's what Crede paid for the stock doesn't mean that the share price can't go lower than that, LOL. What's important to understand is that they can convert their shares to cash at the Fixed Conversion Price of .186/share at any time, regardless of what the current stock price is, or the Non-Fixed Conversion Price, which "is equal to the consolidated closing bid price of the Company’s Common Stock for the most recently completed trading day as of the time of conversion." Obviously, it is in their best interest to see the stock price go up, and therefore get more bang for their buck.
