Louis, on court ORDERS on PACER, those actually go through the clerk. You will note that on court Orders that they have a physical file stamp on those. On motions, etc. filed by the attorneys, they just have the filed info printed at the top of the document and NO file stamp from the clerk. Now whenever that clerk gets around to stamping an Order and uploading it onto PACER is a different deal because we really have to wait for the clerk to stamp it, scan it in, and make a docket entry before it hits PACER. Attorney filed documents aren't handled that way. The clerk never puts his/her hands on them.
