I have gone round and round about the control issue. Once upon a time there were 2MM shares outstanding and now there are 10MM outstanding and Matin cannot own enough to control the vote. He has issued almost 5 million for KCA and 2 million to Explorer. It is logical to assume that there are some voting shares in existence that give him control and we are not aware of what those are. I am not happy about this, but I believe it is the case.
Like pual I would like Matin to come clean and put it all on the table, but I do not see it happening for quite some time and I am not even convinced that it would be to our advantage at this time.
