If I had not taken a legal opinion I would have agreed with you. Now that I have spoken to a legal counsel I am very sure that is not a requirement to file another 8K.
If you want to hold on to that old 8K filing so be it, but the fact remains they are out. If you look at that document almost nothing has been accomplished. The funding claims, share value claims and the list goes on.
Looks like the rich Indians were conned by the Charmers/ Australians and once the Indians found out about it they abandoned the ship cutting their losses. Guess I have to do the same and move on. I am heart broken to see some crook took all my money.
I guess we have to move on and stop pointing to old useless filings and PR news.
