subsidiary Ilustrato Pictures Limited ("Ilustrato"), has brought to market a
China-focused film company that opens new channels for the multi-billion dollar
domestic Chinese motion picture market.
The new venture is being developed under the guidance of two longtime veterans of
the film industry, Brian Hammond and Harry Sutherland.
Brian Hammond is a veteran film executive with a long history of film development
and studio guidance spanning over 30 years in the North American film
marketplace. He is also a head of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary,
Ilustrato Pictures Ltd., which he co-founded.
Ilustrato is developing a truly international motion picture studio designed to
be part of the next generation of world cinema by playing a vital role in China.
Management believes that it can rapidly advance its partnerships with major
Chinese studios to create a world-class motion picture studio with direct
integration into the Chinese box office system.

His co-founder in Ilustrato Pictures is Harry Sutherland, who has been active in

the National Film Theatre of Canada.
