Shipped what stuff where ?

The stuff in question is listed here. I assume that since 2.5 says that Dupetit will be the one moving product I also have to assume the things mentioned in 2.4 need to be shipped from here to there.

2.4 Cannabis Science, Inc. will provide medical cannabis extract formulations, delivery methods, products, testing facilities and techniques, including any future products or processes, to the JV.

2.5 dupetit Natural Products GmbH shall make available all business and government contacts, marketing and distribution channels, and existing sales contracts or store access to sell JV products, whether existing or new. All of dupetit Natural Products GmbH products sales and distribution shall be exclusively performed through the JV for the entirety of this Agreement.

It's only been 4 months.

OK thats fine. I was not saying it was 182.5 days 2 months 4 months 6 months... How do any of those translate to the companies statements?

The Joint Venture Agreement signed with Dupetit is designed to release products immediately in the developing European market and the United States thereby expanding our international presence.

The Nutraceutical over the counter market will get an instant boost as Dupetit and Cannabis Science both have products ready to go such as the previously announced product line of lip balms, skin creams, sun block

Supposedly CBIS has all kinds of lotions and creams and extracts... "Instant" and "immediate" are pretty specific words.

So that is why I say dont believe the company. Nothing they have said has happened.

Always glad to be corrected. I would like to find out I am wrong. That was the point of me contacting Robert Kane. Problem is that he only made me more right.

Now why would you be giving price points on a stock that you are going to have halted ?

That's no way to warn off investors. imo.

For a person who wants to see failure so bad, you sure like to trade it....

I would hold off on buying those cheapies that you are scaring people out of.

I do not plan on halting anything. I only plan to make a complaint about false statements. The SEC wont halt anything without reason. They wont even read my complaint unless the threshold for investigation is hit.

I have given price points constantly here. I follow my own advise exactly whenever I post it. I sold at .0875 just like I said and I am waiting on the low 4s now just like I said. I do not have the power to control this price but I do have the power to post my expectations. If it bounces at any point over the low 4s you can feel free to laugh at me. I wont be holding a single share.

The PPS does not need my help to get there even if I could control the market. But I am not going to tell a new investor that this penny is going to $7.

I do not lie to newbies just to make my bag theirs.

The fact is I believe it will drop to .04s and wont buy till it does
