Bro, I have just proven to you that no dilution is taking place in MDIN. I got the share structure updated from 3 days ago. VNDM and VFIN have been here on the whole way up, and yet there has been no dilution. You can see that in how the numbers have not changed in the float or the O/S. No dilution.
What's more, Chieco just replied to massivegains a few minutes ago on twitter saying yet again it's not the company:

To be honest I really do not follow the stock, I am concerned with sales. nobody has issued shares, they must have had them before.
