Gopher; I got a response from Zecco; Here it is:

I will be more than happy to assist you with this inquiry. The shares of Hire International undergone a symbol change and reverse split as of 11/19/12.
Our clearing firm is awaiting receipt of the new shares from the stock's transfer agent. Once the new shares are received they will become available for
trading in your account. The turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks.
