Frankel declined to say where in Bettendorf the temporary manufacturing facility will be located. Why would you decline to let people know where you facility is located?

That's GREAT! For LEDs America...Unless VPER and LEDs America have merged into one company, this is all them and not VPER. Unless of course they decide to use this facility instead of the one in DC that the grant check is supposed to be for.It should be here anyday now...Wasn't it supposed to be coming right after the election?
