No changes and nor will there be IMO. Company will be cash flow positive in the next filing we get IMO.

I am guessing of the 10 million float only 500,000 shares are really trading, the rest are being held tight.

Multiple $ stock coming here.

I confirmed with IR Nov 15th the share structure has not changed..

The company or its directors are not the sellers for the stock that is being traded at the present time. You can observe this on the Level II trading activity that sell orders are coming from one of the six market makers offering the stock for various asking prices. The most recent sales have come from the same market maker who is probably associated to a trading firm that purchased a huge block of stock at one point in time. The market makers offering shares now at a dime are known for conducting automated trading through software.

Only 10% of the outstanding shares are free trading at the present time and the current share price is basically out there to entice generate more shareholders before a second offering with more free trading shares in the float.
