Treit: Didn't Solomon say on the Q2 CC (Aug 24) when asked if he was opening more wholesale centers like WSPS in the near future that those lease-improvements things are too cash intensive for him for now? well just 3 months later we have another one.
Maybe that's why he needed to issue those additional 5m shares in late Sep ?
