Heck, I never ride the bleeding edge, I'm more of a trailing edge kind of guy. If it hadn't of been for AMD giving me the motherboard and CPU, I probably would have been agonizing over making the jump to DDR.
The point of my post(s) were that I think almost all of the Palominos have been flushed from the market, I was delivered a TBred (A, I guess) for an outlay of less than $50. It overclocks beyond it's Quantispeed rating, and it runs very cool. I will play around with it to find where I can max it, but even if I cannot get ir beyond where it is now, I am more than pleased with my purchase. I currently have it at a FSB of 140MHz, a multiplier of 12.5 and I cut the core voltage to 1.55 volts. Since this is far beyond what I really need, I consider this to be wonderful.
