I know PV's past of failed shells, but this time when I asked him about the conversion, he emphatically said BIG..so you can't blame him this time...He also answered my question about maxing out the Auth. shares he said he would be close to doing that.

The 316m didnot include the Noteholders' $1.5m conversion
