They aren't taking on the dilutive financing for the final 4 months of the year which would have equated to nearly 1 million dollars to be diluted, clearly this is good news, and they do have an operating fertilizer business though not profitable at the moment, I'm not calling this a great long term investment but I think we could see a bounce

You should really read Graham's book on interpreting financial statements. It's easy to cherry pick bad pieces and write ill-informed posts. However, the same can be said for the good parts. OVERALL, the filing is GOOD, especially with the upcoming sale of Terrasphere, etc.
