I couldn't agree more Tane. Ed Marshall is a bumbling idiot. He was and is an inept CEO. Time to find someone who really knows what there doing.

I think it is now too late for a replacement CEO.

The board still thinks Ed is worth over $16K a month. They have blessed his moves for years.

Now that the future of the company is in doubt, where are they going to turn?

The kind of talent this company has needed for years would never be interested. What high caliber exec is going to be attracted to a screwed up little company with no money and nothing but long term fixes needed? It's my opinion that Ed is still there because nobody with any qualifications wants the job.

I think the best we can hope for that our consultant has some ability and can point Ed in the right directions. However, the consultant is still an unknown quantity.
