I just don't understand why he doesn't have the time to update it.

If I was a newbie at playing OTC stocks, the first place I would check is OTCMarkets. OTCMarkets says the A/S is 500M. Imagine all the newbies jumping into ICPA because they think the A/S is 500M and the O/S is... oh, wait... LMAO!!!

I was just looking at OTCMarkets for the O/S but, it's 2 times more than the A/S that's listed!!! LMAO!!
