#207647 RE: souzagotcha #207646

My concern with Knight selling is they won't have to pay back their NSS (not only FFGO but other companies) - souzagotcha

For those who still choose to arbitrarily ignore FFGO's last public position on NSS ("there is absolutely no proof of Naked Short Selling in your Company’s stock"), that is a very good point.

Knight's books certainly won't show the billions of dollars of funds needed to pay the expected damages to FFGO shareholders, much less the hundreds of billions needed for other NSS affected companies, as you mention.

However, it's rather refreshing to see any compassion & concern for others purportedly caught in the massive NSS operation. It's such a rare commodity in this Me First And The Hell With Everyone Else World.

As far as "getting those Divi's real quick", here is what yet needs to be done:

Current Status of FFGO's 3499% Dividend Declaration Process

We are now in Year Three since NMGL's unofficial & non-binding role in FFGO's Dividend Declaration process was made public. Here is a factual progress report:

FFGO - it doesn't matter if NITE goes belly up. Their liability for their massive naked short positions will be covered by other counter-parties to the crimes. The retail brokers, who allowed NITE to deposit billions of counterfeit shares of FFGO, into retail shareholders' accounts, would be assuming the risk, whole, or in part.

NITE going bye-bye or BK won't matter.

My concern with Knight selling is they won't have to pay back their NSS (not only FFGO but other companies). IMO

We need to get our Divi's real quick because all the "sell money" will disappear and Knight (company) won't he able to pay NS's. IMO
GLTA FFGO shareholders.
