i am certain the banks will appeal. why not? that does not mean the court will hear the issue. they hear less than 100 cases a year, and this is not a type case they typically hear. (they want to determine policy. this is a food fight) good chance it gets bounced. bounce would occur early of next year. i do not know their schedule. they will decide what cases to hear in 2013, but banks may stall to avoid 2013 hearing. i do not know if banks will settle, or go to trial. big risk to trial. lots of people now in power want a piece of bank and wall street fat on the fire. the banks and wall st put a significant part of that billion bucks to get rid of obama.
