zactly, vincen. Stock can always give back some, but insiders know things are starting to click. Why would they choose now to sell en mass?? sure, some will take the much needed funds, but valuation isn't a reason to sell right now.

Like a stock that doesn't sell off on a bad earnings report, indicating BUY ME, FB didn't sell on the ginormous lockup release. The TELL is in.
It will fluctuate, but betting against FB now except for quick trades, is a an unnecessary risk imo.
