Thanks for the insight. their reports also said a 20% chance and I believe I have read that the industry standard is 1 in 8 wells are successful. If this news is true then just imagine how much more difficult it must be for Treaty. Impatiently waiting to hear.

Seems NWO hasn't plugged the whole yet and they are still exploring with this first well. I will furnish the link later. I only post this so we can follow how the GOB handles this as some have suggested that the GOB is trying to keep oil under wraps due to their debt negotiations. I believe NWO will be a good case study for us to follow.
