There definitely are still shares available under .03 but imo the selling we've seen isn't what I'd consider unhealthy. When it comes to dilution or whatever kind of selling that needs to be avoided like the plague, you're generally talking about massive volume spikes. GTRL has moved up considerably the past couple months and the action we're seeing at this level looks like normal healthy churning, and I don't think it'll be all too much longer til we get our breakout past .03.
That's just my $.02, but for what it's worth I've been trading based off the charts since 19-diggity.
