Agreed, assuming they make a decision rapidly after the Pilot Program conclusion. I am talking about the other Ministries in the country.Let's say the umm ummm Ministry of transportation says they may be interested but waits a year to make the decision to go ahead with another pilot program. Hopefully the other projects would roll one after another and not wait months in between
