the 801 says "JUDGEMENT IN A CIVIL CASE"
what part of "this is the judgement" do you not understand?
it then repeats in clear bold type "IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED" further confirming that the court has made its order..
again I would like to refer you to a dictionary...
the order is then signed at the bottom by Judge Jackson and the court clerk.
post trial motions have already been filed you can see them on pacer.
what part of "this case has concluded the judgement stage" are you not getting?
just because you do not have all the answers you wanted does not mean the case is not concluded.. all it means is that that information has not yet been made public and may never be made public..
the jury does not have to justify their decision to you or anyone else, they need only confirm that it is what they intended...
it is almost comical that you cannot even see the writing on the wall even when it is signed, date stamped by the court.
again please go to a dictionary and stop using hearsay from people on YMB or other people on blogs who clearly are unable to read court documents.
