I believe quiet accumulation has been going on for 3+ months... starting after MSFT Licensing agreement was announced in August. If NEOM is really going to be cash self sufficient within 5 weeks then share price is going to explode to the upside from these current levels...and I'm not talking about just 5 or 10 cents.
