Well, that alignment of events will be for naught if the Dec. 21 alignment of planets brings about the end of the world!
... sigh. It would indeed be marvelous if final approval were announced this week... but we may be jinxing it by expressing this desire, so I am fervently hoping it doesn't;-)
Dec 3rd will come and go, and there will still not be 100% screening. Even Glenn said as much in the CC. Pretty hard to get to 100% with only a handful of countries on board, they have been kickin this can down the road for four years now, and it will get kicked in to 2013 IMO. Too much emphasis is placed on dates,it's going to happen just not when expected. I'd be worried if there had been contracts announced, but that hasn't happened. The good thing is we are the chalk, and the delays in hindsight will actually give us a much bigger% of market share now that we are in like Flint.
