its right there in black and white what the court has ordered and it seems obvious that are no further amendments/adjustments/rulings to be made until appeal.

I think you need to look up the legal definitions of ORDERED and ADJUDGED they are both definitive terms that can only be given by a court not a jury.

whether or not you think an appeal will ultimately be successful is irrelevant RE the share price right now.. if it is appealed then the market will not PRICE in the entire award amount until the appeal verdict is reached. This is because while the appeal process going on GOOG will not have to pay one red cent.

what the market wants to see is cash in the bank OR alteast a guarantee there will be cash in the bank, then and only then can the share price reflect its true value.

we can disagree all we like but time will tell...

i'm very skeptical that we will see a sustained $10+ before the next Q4 earnings report in feb (it may even be as late as the Q1 report in may) and I am happy to be wrong if it does go past $10.. but if it doesn't then I expect you to be a little less dreamy and a little more factual with your comments ;) at the end of the day wishful thinking doesn't make money, only carefully weighed analysis and the occasional bit of luck does.


PS just because I don't understand all the finer points of SEC rules regarding Options and Warrants does not mean that I haven't done my homework on this stock.. I too have been here a long time (since even before Altuchers famous first article on march 31 or there abouts)and I have not lost one red cent. if I cash out now I will have made a modest but rather tidy sum.. and I would also be a fool for doing so.
