Waitedg.......Brian has a small, but very young staff to work with. In my experience, this can be beneficial in dividing up duties as well as in the learning department; i.e. the youngsters learn from Brian's experience, and Brian probably learns from them on new communication technologies, etc.
P.S. For that matter, I can almost hear the Wise Old Man's words coming out of Brian's mouth when the younger staff might have said......while closing sales, but awaiting financing.........let's put out a press release now!
